Hearing Dates

The Hearing Dates and Estimated lengths are mandatory. Choose the hearing date you want transcribed. Do this by directly entering the date in the form mm/dd/yyy or by clicking the calendar and selecting the required date.

To obtain an accurate estimate, it is helpful if you specify how long the hearing ran for that day. If you only want portions of the day transcribed, try to estimate the the total hearing time for the specifed events on that day. If you want more than one day transcribed, click ADD ANOTHER DATE and repeat the previous steps.

When do you need the transcript?

The Estimated Cost of your requested transcript is calculated based on the information you have provided. This is a preliminary estimate only and is refined by the Court after review of all information. The actual cost of your completed transcript(s) is based on the total number of typed pages produced by the Court Reporter or Transcriber. The final cost is calculated by multiplying the number of pages produced by the published page rates for Hamilton County, Indiana.
